Service Agreement & Limited Power of Attorney
This Agreement is made between InquiryRemovals.com (“Provider”) and the undersigned client (“Client”).

1. Services
Provider will attempt to remove eligible hard inquiries from Client’s Experian report within 24 business hours of receiving all required documents. Only inquiries that are: unauthorized, erroneous, fraudulent, or unknown and not linked to any open or closed account are eligible.
Provider does not perform any other type of credit repair service.
No credit score increase is guaranteed.

2. Limited Power of Attorney
Client grants Provider a Limited Power of Attorney to contact Experian, submit disputes, and communicate with the bureau solely for the purpose of removing eligible hard inquiries.
This authorization is strictly limited to inquiry removal services and expires once services are complete.

3. Payment Terms
• Service Fee: $295
• Payment Method: Cash App only
• Due: Within 24 hours or less after service completion
• Late Fee: $50 if unpaid after 24 hours
• Failure to pay may result in collections and negative credit impact
• All payments are final and non-refundable

4. Proof of Completion
Screenshots, reports, or confirmations from Experian will serve as proof that services were completed. Client acknowledges that services are considered complete once inquiry removal is confirmed.

5. Client Responsibility
The 24-hour service timeline starts only when Client provides all required documents. Weekends and holidays are not business hours.

6. Disclaimer
Provider is not a credit repair organization as defined under federal or state law. Provider does not offer credit counseling, debt settlement, or any service intended to improve credit scores, histories, or ratings beyond the limited removal of eligible hard inquiries from Client’s Experian credit report. No guarantee of credit score improvement is made or implied.

7. Legal Terms
• Provider is not liable for delays outside its control.
• Provider’s liability is limited to the service fee paid.
• This Agreement is governed by California law.
• Jurisdiction and Venue: Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Los Angeles County, California, and Client agrees to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
• Electronic Signatures: Client agrees that electronic signatures, whether digital or encrypted, are intended to authenticate this Agreement and shall have the same force and effect as a handwritten signature under the U.S. ESIGN Act and applicable state laws.

Acknowledgment & Signature
By checking the box above, Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to this Service Agreement and grant Provider Limited Power of Attorney to perform inquiry removal services.
